The Company was originally incorporated in the British Virgin Isles on 28 March 2006 as Australian Mineral Fields Inc., then the Company continued to Australia on 17 July 2007.

As at 1 September 2008, the Company has eight (8) subsidiaries companies, seven (7) registered and operating from the head office in Perth, Western Australia and one (1) registered and operating in Alaska, USA. These include the following:

- Australian Mineral Fields (Mt Thirsty) Pty Ltd;

Does the Company only have operations or interests in Australia?
No, although the Company’s main focus is Australia, it will acquire appropriate projects else where in the world, for example the Grenville Project.
How many Company common shares are outstanding?
As of 25 January 2008 there are 27,533,039 Common shares outstanding in the Company.
Can I buy shares in the Company directly through the Company?

How can I sell my Company shares?
If your shares are held in a brokerage account, simply contact your broker and make your intent known. The broker will sell the shares for you and place the proceeds, less commission, in your brokerage account. To sell shares in certificate form, you must have an account with a broker. You then physically sign the shares over to your broker.
As a Shareholder will I receive a Company Annual Report?
