Australian Mineral Fields' directors and senior management are committed to acting responsibly. The Board of Directors, which provides strategic direction and guides management, has adopted the corporate governance policies detailed below.

  • All directors, management and staff will conduct business in ways that meet the highest ethical standards. Australian Mineral Fields expects their behaviour to be such that it protects the Company's interests and reputation. Australian Mineral Fields has also adopted guidelines for trading in the Company's shares.
  • The Board has established two committees to consider specific issues and report back to the full Board. The Audit Committee will independently review the Company's financial and audit performance. The Remuneration Committee will advise the full Board on remuneration and incentives and make recommendations on compensation for employees and other Board members.
  • Company directors will disclose information to the market that could have a material impact on Australian Mineral Fields' share price as soon as possible after such information becomes available. This information is also posted on the Company's website.
  • The Board will develop and apply measures to ensure the identification, mitigation and management of risk to support the Company's success.
